Who is responsible

Side Trails, a wedding photography and film studio based in Mexico City, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What we collect

When you message us or fill in the availability form we collect: your names, email, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle (optional), date and place of the wedding or session, type of ceremony, approximate number of guests, your wedding planner’s name (optional), the service and budget you have in mind, and anything you choose to tell us about yourselves. We do not collect sensitive data.

How we use it

To check our availability, reply to your inquiry, send you a quote and, if you book us, prepare and follow up on your session or wedding. Secondarily, and only in aggregate, to understand how couples find our site. We never sell or rent your data.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to operate (email and website hosting) and, if you book us, with the photographers and filmmakers on your wedding team. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, send us a direct message on Instagram (@side.trails) or reply to any email we sent you, with your name and your request. We reply within 20 business days.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that store cookies to understand which pages are visited. You can disable them in your browser settings.
